Our hearts go out to everyone already affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Rosy Salon Software/SalonRunner client, you’re part of our family and during these rapidly changing times, we need to stick together and communicate. We’re learning how to navigate COVID-19 right alongside all of you.
We wanted to personally connect with you to share updates about the actions we’re taking related to COVID-19, and to share with you all of the best resources we have found so far for Beauty Professionals.
Our Account Managers and Support Team are ready and dedicated to support you. Here’s what you can expect from us:
· Over the course of the next week+, we will be posting extra communication tips and ideas for you to use with your team and your clients for all your social media platforms.
· We’re available to walk you through the best ways for you to communicate with your clients through your account, such as: mass email campaigns, custom message and OCS login message.
· New content will be posted to our blog on the Rosy Salon Software site with topics to further assist you during these times.
· Whether you’re a single service provider, or a salon with 20 chairs, our team is happy to set up a virtual meeting with you and your team. We’d love to talk to you to ensure you’re using as many of SalonRunner’s features to their fullest potential to help your Salon or Spa be even more successful.
In the coming days and weeks, we will attempt to reach out to as many of you as we can in order to listen, learn, and assist you during these uncertain times. A top priority for our teams will be to further bring you and your clients together. We hope to engage and provide you with the content, inspiration and momentum to show your clients the part you’re playing during this challenging situation.
